Shipping & Returns

We carefully pack every Diamond Tea Bar order to help ensure your tea arrives safely and in good condition.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your order, destination, package weight, and available carrier services.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free U.S. Economy Shipping

Qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more are eligible for free Economy shipping where available.

Faster shipping options may be available for an additional charge at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries and regions where shown at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package weight, and the carrier service selected. Available services may include USPS and DHL Express.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking is provided when available through the selected carrier and destination. Tracking availability and scan detail may vary by service and country.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or local carrier delays.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Because tea is a consumable food product, the following are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Tea samples and multi-sample packs
Repacked or portioned tea pouches
Opened packets, pouches, tins, cylinders, or boxes
Pu-erh cakes or bricks that have been opened, broken, cut, or sampled

Unopened and unaltered full cakes, bricks, boxes, and tins may be eligible for return within the 14-day return period.

Please contact info@diamondteabar.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If Diamond Tea Bar sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable replacement or return shipping costs when applicable.
